Welcome to The Honest OBGYN blog! I'm Dr. Means and I'm an board-certified OB/GYN in Plano, Texas, practicing at Plano Women's Healthcare. I strive to help women take control of their healthcare by giving them the knowledge, resources, and perspective that I have to offer.

I am excited to announce that I became a *MOM* in 2023. My beautiful baby girl is such a blessing and totally made up for the infertility, gestational diabetes, and postpartum hemorrhage I experienced. Having just emerged from the mess that is postpartum, I have so many tips and stories that I cannot wait to share with you all.

 

But don't think "motherhood" is all I've got here on The Honest OBGYN blog.  I am passionate about the whole spectrum of women's health, so I cover a wide variety of topics such as PCOS, bioidentical hormones, menstrual issues, libido, fibroids, surgery options, birth control...you name it.
